Miller Nash is excited to welcome KC Hovda back to the firm. Hovda, a Miller Nash summer associate in 2014 and currently in her sixth year of practice, will continue to assist clients with complex litigation needs throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, in state and federal courts. Before rejoining Miller Nash, Hovda practiced at a boutique firm, as well as a large, regional law office, in addition to serving as a clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
About KC Hovda
Hovda works collaboratively with clients in various sectors including financial services, agribusiness, manufacturing, insurance, and real estate. She enjoys counseling clients to make informed decisions and has achieved success through dispositive motion practice, mediation, and other methods of alternative dispute resolution. Hovda received her bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University before earning her law degree at the University of Idaho.
