Miller Nash Graham & Dunn attorney Iván Resendiz Gutierrez was recently elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO) and the Oregon Law Center (OLC). LASO is a statewide non-profit organization that gives free legal help to low-income and elderly clients in matters relating to their physical safety, access to food and shelter, and other critical legal needs. The OLC is a nonprofit organization that provides free legal assistance to low-income Oregonians covering a range of matters including discrimination, Social Security, health care, housing, domestic violence, consumer problems, or employment issues.

“Iván will have a lot to contribute, he’s incredibly hardworking for clients and the community,” said Kieran Curley, managing partner of Miller Nash Graham & Dunn. “We are proud to support LASO and the OLC, both organizations are integral to our communities and serve the legal needs of our most vulnerable populations.”
