Miller Nash Welcomes Four Talented Associates to Seattle, Portland, and Long Beach Offices

Miller Nash LLP is pleased to welcome four talented attorneys to its Seattle, Portland, and Long Beach offices. Jakini Auset Ingram joins the firm’s condemnation team; Incainti Sofia McDonald joins the bankruptcy & creditors’ rights team; Anela Summers joins the real estate & tribal teams; and Jack Wallan joins the environmental & natural resources team.

About Jakini Auset Ingram
Jakini is an associate on the firm’s condemnation and real estate law practice teams. She utilizes her background in real estate, litigation, and employment law to provide clients with thorough insight and guidance while assisting with their matters. Jakini began at Miller Nash as a summer associate in 2022 where she supported the firm’s real estate, bankruptcy, and litigation practice teams in conducting legal research and drafting memoranda. Jakini received her bachelor’s, master’s, and law degrees from The Ohio State University.

About Incainti Sofia McDonald
Sofia is an associate in the financial services department, specifically on the firm’s bankruptcy & creditors’ rights practice team. She utilizes her background in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights to provide clients with efficient solutions for their matters. Sofia began at Miller Nash as a diversity fellow in 2021 and then returned in 2022 as a summer associate. She supported the firm’s financial services team by researching and drafting briefings for upcoming international cases. Sofia received her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University before earning her law degree at the University of Oregon School of Law.

About Anela Summers
Anela is an associate in the financial services department, specializing in real estate and tribal matters. Anela began at Miller Nash as a diversity fellow in 2021 and continued working as a law clerk in 2022 and 2023. In these roles, Anela supported the firm’s real estate and tribal teams by conducting legal research, writing memoranda, and drafting business documents for the firm’s financial services, real estate, and tribal clients. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii before earning her law degree at the University of Washington School of Law.

About Jack Wallan
Jack is an associate on the firm’s environmental and natural resources practice team. Jack began at Miller Nash as a summer associate in 2022 where he supported the energy and shipping department with legal research, project support, and drafting materials such as memoranda. He received his bachelor’s degree from Colgate University before earning his law degree at Boston University School of Law.
