Anti-Scalping Lawsuit Update

Please refer to the following information for an overview of the class-action complaint against StubHub, Inc., and eBay Inc. that was filed on January 9, 2008.

Defendants claim the lawsuit should be dismissed because Oregon law supposedly does not protect disappointed ticket purchasers. See defendants' pleadings here:
