Stuart Wylen supports the firm’s bankruptcy & creditors’ rights team. He is an experienced paralegal with thorough knowledge of bankruptcy law and procedure as well as federal and state civil procedure in Oregon and Washington. He has substantial experience in bankruptcy practice, receiverships, commercial foreclosures, and multi-jurisdictional litigation support. He is well versed in preparing claims, pleadings, motions, demand letters, foreclosure and lien documentation, trustee and receiver filings, docket analyses, and hearing materials.
Before joining Miller Nash, Stuart worked at a prominent Pacific Northwest law firm.
Outside the Office
In his free time, Stuart volunteers teaching jazz musicianship and pursues conversational fluency in various foreign languages.
