About Kris
Kris Goldfarb is a paralegal on the firm’s real estate team, bringing more than 22 years of industry experience to real estate transactions. Kris assists with drafting and organizing transaction documents, coordinating deadlines and closing materials, analyzing title, survey, and due diligence items, and communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, brokers, and internal legal teams to keep matters moving efficiently and accurately.
Prior to joining Miller Nash, Kris worked at a prominent Pacific Northwest firm where she assisted with real estate, finance, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Outside the Office
Kris enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, preferably at a Disney park.
