About Kimberly
Kimberly Kindred supports the firm’s employment and litigation teams with more than 15 years of paralegal experience managing complex litigation matters from inception through trial. She assists attorneys with all phases of litigation, including document collection, discovery, pleadings, motions, and attorney fee petitions. Kimberly also has experience supporting class action litigation, labor arbitration, collective bargaining, and workplace investigations, where her attention to detail and organizational skills are critical to managing large volumes of information and sensitive matters.
In addition, Kimberly brings significant expertise in electronic discovery, including database management, coding, redaction, document review, and preparation of responsive documents for production. She regularly coordinates with client representatives, IT professionals, and vendors regarding litigation holds, data preservation, custodians, exports, and development of key search terms. Known for her highly detailed organizational strategies, Kimberly plays an integral role in coordinating complex case management and ensuring litigation teams remain efficient, organized, and trial-ready.
