Jackson Tann’s practice is tailored towards environmental and natural resource law as well as complex commercial litigation. Jackson is well-versed in legal research and writing, and frequently drafts pleadings, motions, and memoranda. Additionally, Jackson has experience negotiating settlements on behalf of clients and effectively advocating clients’ positions.
While attending law school at the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jackson served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Jerome T. Tao at the Nevada Court of Appeals. Following graduation, Jackson served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James T. Russell at the First Judicial District Court of Nevada.
