About Dardie

Dardie brings more than 40 years of litigation support experience and has assisted at counsel table in over 150 trials nationwide. Her career includes extensive work on fire and explosion cases, involving catastrophic injuries such as third- and fourth-degree burns and fatalities, as well as property damage matters affecting commercial venues and institutions. Dardie's experience also includes trucking, bussing, and medical malpractice. She has supported both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving non-economic damages reaching $68 million for a single plaintiff, and she is adept at distinguishing true damages from pre-existing conditions.

Dardie’s responsibilities span investigation, discovery, expert coordination, and deposition and trial support across jurisdictions including Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Texas, Hawaii, and Georgia. She is highly skilled in analyzing complex medical records and bills, leveraging her expertise in diagnosis codes, causation, and standard of care to assist attorneys in developing strategy and cross-examination questions. In addition, she maintains a robust network of experts in fire investigation, chemistry, burn pathology, physiatry, orthopedics, and electrical systems. Known for her ability to provide real-time impeachment materials during depositions and trials, Dardie ensures that every proceeding is meticulously prepared and executed.
