Midlevel Real Estate Transaction & Land Use Attorney—Portland, Oregon (Hybrid Position)
Miller Nash is seeking an attorney with three to five years of experience in real estate, finance, and land use matters to join its team in Portland, Oregon. Necessary experience includes experience in real estate acquisition and finance, commercial lending, commercial leasing, commercial secured transactions, and real estate investment. Our ideal candidate has experience working with financial institutions and is ready to hit the ground running by assisting clients with drafting and negotiating debt and security documents as well as purchase and sale agreements, analyzing title reports, due diligence, and managing escrow closings. They will also have experience with all types of land use applications, including comprehensive plan amendments, rezones, conditional use permits, site plan review applications, subdivisions, short plats, shoreline permits, temporary use permits, and critical areas permits.
Membership in the Oregon State Bar is required. Membership in the Washington State Bar or California State Bar a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys; fully remote options may be considered.
