Team co-chair Jess Webster has more than 35 years of experience in serving the needs of the commercial fishing industry, helping vessel owners, managers, seafood buyers, brokers, processors, aquaculture operators, commercial lenders, shipyards, and suppliers to the fishing industry. Our team members are experienced in assisting our clients through regulatory processes and in advising on fisheries and environmental regulatory compliance. We are experienced in drafting contracts for a myriad of fisheries-related transactions, including for the acquisition and sale of fisheries businesses, commercial fishing vessels, fishing rights transactions, vessel charters, vessel construction, refit and repair contracts, and fishing industry finance. And we represent our clients in administrative proceedings and in fisheries-related litigation in all U.S. courts on the west coast, from Alaska to California, including defense of alleged violations of fisheries regulations and forfeiture defense.
