Miller Nash LLP attorney Nathaniel Levy was recently elected as Chair of the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar International Law Section. The Executive Committee helps drive section activities which include developing educational programming on relevant topics of international law, business, and world affairs. Levy previously served as secretary, then chair-elect of the Executive Committee.

Levy is a member of the firm’s business, real estate, and financial services teams. He represents business clients in a variety of transactions and situations, including asset and stock purchases and sales, entity formation and governance, maritime vessel chartering and sales, and international distribution agreements. Related to these matters, Levy has reviewed due diligence materials, prepared bylaws and operating agreements, and advised on potentially applicable laws of foreign jurisdictions. Levy received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law.
