Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP welcomes David Foraker and Sanford Landress to its Portland office. Foraker and Landress join as partners focusing their practice on complex bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, business reorganization and transactional matters and commercial litigation. Both Foraker and Landress were previously with the firm Greene & Markley, P.C. and bring with them close to 60 years’ combined experience.

About David Foraker
Foraker handles complex bankruptcy and business reorganization matters as well as business transactional matters. His bankruptcy-related clients include debtors, secured creditors, key vendors, asset purchasers, bankruptcy trustees and committees of creditors in chapter 11 reorganization cases. Foraker has been selected to the Best Lawyers in America list for bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights and insolvency and reorganization law. He has also been chosen for inclusion on the Top 10 Lawyers list in Oregon Super Lawyers magazine. Foraker earned his bachelor's degree at St. Cloud State University before receiving his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
About Sanford Landress
Landress concentrates his practice in the area of debtor/creditor law, with a particular focus on representing banks, other creditors, committees and debtors in commercial bankruptcy cases. He also has an emphasis in commercial litigation, including judicial foreclosure actions, actions involving commercial leases and complex collection matters. Landress has particular expertise in defending commercial creditors in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court. Landress earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Oregon before receiving his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. Landress has been chosen for inclusion on the Oregon Super Lawyers list in the area of creditor/debtor rights.
