Miller Nash Adds Garrett Ledgerwood to Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Team

Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP is pleased to announce that experienced bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney Garrett Ledgerwood has joined the firm’s Portland office. Ledgerwood brings with him extensive experience in representing lenders and creditors in bankruptcy, collection actions, loan modifications and workouts, nondischargeability proceedings, foreclosures and receiverships, as well as borrowers in a variety of financing transactions.

About Garrett S. Ledgerwood
Ledgerwood focuses his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, including all aspects of the restructuring of financially distressed businesses and representation in senior secured, ABL and mezzanine financings. He also handles chapter 11 cases, including in connection with bankruptcy sales, debtor-in-possession and exit financing, workouts and plan negotiation and formulation. Before joining Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, Ledgerwood practiced at an international law firm on Wall Street, where he gained extensive experience in representing multinational commercial banks, private equity lenders and hedge funds in insolvency and commercial lending transactions. Ledgerwood graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University before earning his law degree at Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Ledgerwood served as a law clerk for the Honorable S. Martin Teel, Jr., at the United States Bankruptcy Court.
