Michelle Baird-Johnson

Director of Recruiting and Professional Development

Michelle joined Miller Nash Graham & Dunn in 2008. She has been employed in the legal industry since 1993, including having worked as a recruiting manager, a training specialist, and a paralegal in the areas of bankruptcy and business law before coming to Miller Nash Graham & Dunn.

As the firm-wide Director of Recruiting and Professional Development, Michelle is responsible for administration of the recruiting process for the firm's lateral lawyer and law student hiring, including the summer clerk program; and for managing the development of the firm's attorneys, focusing on career planning and growth, mentoring, and continuing education. She is a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee and Diversity Committee.

Personal Activities

Michelle is passionate about supporting local communities, and she and her husband enjoy the varied restaurant scene in Oregon and taking weekend trips to the Oregon Coast and Mt. Hood with their dogs.
