About Nicki

Nicki Brown has extensive experience in all aspects of trust and estate administration, having worked for more than 30 years with the firms' trust and estates clients. Nicki has assisted generations of family members through the complex and often challenging process of estate administration and transition planning. By maintaining long-term relationships, Nicki is an exceptional resource for clients, attorneys and third parties, including with regard to post-death planning; reviewing controlling documents; preparation of probate and estate planning documents; distribution and funding matters, and tax implications; and preparation of asset inventories, estate and gift taxes, accounting and distribution schedules. Nicki plays an integral role in assisting clients to meet their estate, charitable, and legacy goals.

Nicki is registered with the King County Bar Association Paralegal Committee, authorizing her to present ex parte matters before the King County Superior Court.

Nicki regularly attends the annual Estate Planning Seminar (Seattle) and periodic Washington State Bar Association CLE probate and tax seminars.
