Ben Shattuck represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters. He supports all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. Before joining Miller Nash, Ben served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James B. Morse and the Honorable David D. Weinzweig of the Arizona Court of Appeals, where he drafted memorandum decisions and opinions for civil, criminal, and administrative appeals. During law school, Ben externed for the Honorable John J. Tuchi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Attorney’s Office Criminal Division.
