Miller Nash’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights team is growing! With over 100 years of combined experience, the members of Miller Nash’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights team aggressively represent clients in a wide variety of industries while finding practical and creative solutions in distressed financial situations.
Miller Nash is seeking a litigation associate with three to five years of experience in representing creditors to join its Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing creditors in state and federal court proceedings involving commercial loans (collection and/or lender liability matters), as well as in loan workouts and commercial bankruptcy. Experience with litigation, bankruptcy, receivership, and related insolvency proceedings is required, as well as strong academic credentials and analytical ability. Membership in the Washington State Bar Association or qualification for reciprocity is required.
