Seth Row Elected to American College of Coverage Counsel

Miller Nash LLP partner Seth Row has been elected as a Fellow in the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), the premier association of lawyers who focus their practice on insurance law and the representation of insurers and policyholders. Seth is the first policyholder-side attorney from Oregon to be elected.

“Seth’s induction into the American College of Coverage Counsel is a high honor and recognizes his extensive contributions to the practice of law and his dedication to clients,” said Kieran Curley, managing partner of Miller Nash. “We congratulate Seth on this accomplishment and are proud to call him a colleague.”

Established in 2012, the ACCC comprises over 350 skilled and accomplished lawyers, throughout the U.S., Canada, and Bermuda, involved in insurance coverage and extracontractual matters. Fellowship in the ACCC is by invitation only and only offered after a thorough investigation and vetting process. Fellows must have practiced primarily insurance law for at least fifteen consecutive years and are distinguished by their skill, experience, and high ethical and professional standards. ACCC Fellows include many of the most prominent members of the insurance law bar.

The ACCC’s mission is to advance the creative, ethical, and efficient resolution of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes; to enhance the civility and quality of the practice of insurance law; to provide peer-reviewed scholarship; and to improve the relationships among the members of the profession. “The ACCC is delighted to welcome Seth as the latest member to become actively involved in its work,” said Wayne Taylor, president of the ACCC.
