Sharp brings with him extensive experience in representing purchasers, sellers, developers, property managers, landlords, and tenants in commercial and residential real estate transactions in the Puget Sound region.
About John Sharp
Sharp’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions related to ownership, management, acquisition, disposition, and leasing. He is well known for representing clients in transactions involving office, retail, industrial, ground, and cannabis leases; purchase and sale agreements; easements and licenses; title matters; and due diligence and financing. Additionally, John assists clients with entity formation and general business concerns. Sharp earned his bachelor of arts degree at Pomona College before receiving his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
