John Sharp Elected to the Washington State Bar Association Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section Executive Committee

Miller Nash LLP partner John Sharp was recently elected to serve on the executive committee of the Washington State Bar Association Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section. He will join the executive committee’s Real Property Council, a group that helps lead the section’s activities, including providing real property-related CLEs, hosting an annual midyear meeting, and producing a number of newsletters each year for its members. John has been a longtime member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section and previously served on the editorial board of the section newsletter.

About John Sharp
John is a partner on the firm’s real estate team and represents purchasers, sellers, developers, property managers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions related to ownership, management, acquisition, disposition, and leasing. John has extensive experience representing clients in transactions involving office, retail, industrial, ground, and cannabis leases; purchase and sale agreements; easements and licenses; title matters and due diligence; and other real property-related issues. He also represents clients in residential real estate transactions. John received his bachelor’s degree from Pomona College and his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
