Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP announced today that attorney Duncan Butcher has joined the firm’s business team as senior counsel. With a focus on corporate transactional law and securities, Butcher's work includes entity formation, corporate governance, incentive compensation plans, private placement equity and debt offerings, public company reporting and SEC compliance, and the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
Butcher also represents individuals in their interactions with business entities, such as angel investing, contract negotiation, and activities as a director or officer.

Butcher has a law degree from the Seattle University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Washington. Prior to joining the firm, Butcher practiced for over seven years at a boutique corporate law firm in Seattle. He serves on the Seattle Aquarium Society Auxiliary Board, currently holding the position of Vice Chair.
