Experience and Qualifications

Miller Nash seeks an experienced environmental law attorney to join its team in either Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. Our team has a broad range of experience, clients, and practices areas. Our ideal candidate is hard working, ambitious, a team player, responsive, and has a proven ability to bring in clients. The candidate should have experience arising from air, water and waste issues, and have a solid understanding of the major environmental statutes and regulatory programs, such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, NEPA and CERCLA.

As an environmental attorney on our team, you’ll have the support and opportunity to work on challenging and engaging matters that will allow you to make your mark and design your practice. Attorneys enjoy significant opportunities for growth and flexible rate structures.
