Professional Experience

Meridee E. Pabst joined Miller Nash in 1999 and has practiced in Clark County since 1995. Before joining Miller Nash, she was an associate of Horenstein Bremer in Vancouver, Washington. Meridee was recognized in the Vancouver Business Journal's "Accomplished Under 40" in 2005.

Meridee's practice emphasizes land use regulation and permitting. She represents clients on development planning and permitting, zone changes, environmental review, and compliance with the Washington State Growth Management Act. Meridee also provides counsel to clients on compliance with platting requirements, the Shoreline Management Act and regulations, and wetlands regulations. This work includes preparing applications and development agreements, presenting projects before the land use hearings examiner, and advocating for legislative amendments. Her real estate practice focuses primarily on matters related to project development, such as condominium and subdivision declarations, covenants, easements, and boundary issues.

Professional Activities
Meridee is admitted to practice law in Washington and Oregon. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar. She is also active in the Clark County Bar Association.
