West Coast law firm Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP has been ranked 15th nationally in the annual "Best Firms for Minority Attorneys" list by Law360 among similar-sized law firms (150-299 lawyers). Law360 surveys law firms each year to determine national rankings based on a firm's minority representation at the partner and nonpartner levels. This is the first year that Miller Nash Graham & Dunn has appeared on this list, but it has been ranked at the top of the "Best Law Firm for Female Partners" and "Best Law Firm for Female Attorneys" lists for several years. The firm's active Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Committee is dedicated to achieving true structural diversity throughout the firm that, at a minimum, reflects the diversity of the general population of each community in which we practice law, in every office, professional discipline, industry group, and firm committee. The D&I Committee is also a recognized leader in engaging, developing, and maintaining programs specifically for diverse attorneys, including diversity fellowships to aid in recruiting, billable credit for hours spent by attorneys on achieving the firm's diversity initiatives, and business enterprise programs targeted to help the firm's diverse attorneys develop and strengthen existing and future client relationships.

"We are proud to be recognized by Law360 for our efforts in supporting the hiring, retention, growth, and advancement of minority attorneys in our firm," says Naomi Haslitt, cochair of the D&I Committee. "Our mission is to ensure that diversity—which is essential to understanding varying perspectives, finding creative and effective solutions to our clients' needs, realizing the best we have to offer, and cultivating a fair justice system—is considered and implemented in every aspect of our firm."
