SEATTLE, Wash.—Miller Nash LLP’s Seattle office welcomes attorney Megan Starich as the newest addition to its respected employment law & labor relations team. Starich brings an impressive litigation background to the firm, as well as contributing employment law experience in the areas of workplace investigations, agency audits, and counseling employers on personnel issues.

About Megan Starich Starich has five years of experience representing public and private employers in a variety of cases, including illegal harassment, discrimination, wage-and-hour, retaliation, whistleblower, and wrongful-termination claims, among others. She also focuses on counseling and trainings for employers and management on a wide range of personnel issues, and has both overseen and conducted workplace investigations and defended employers through comprehensive agency audits. Starich also handles and assists in commercial litigation and appellate matters in both federal and state courts.
Starich has worked with clients across a range of industries, including educational institutions, public utilities, gaming and hospitality establishments, manufacturing facilities, construction companies, and federal supply and service contractors.
Starich served as a law clerk to the Honorable Brian E. Sandoval, formerly of the United States District Court, District of Nevada.
Starich received her bachelor of arts degree from Reed College and her law degree, with honors, at the University of Washington School of Law.
