Katelyn Fulton is an associate on the firm’s litigation team. She has worked on large environmental cleanup matters, including most notably providing legal service to clients at the Portland Harbor Superfund site. She has also provided legal service to clients in the context of insurance coverage triggered by environmental cleanup actions and other loss events.
During law school, she served as a student attorney at the University of Washington’s Regulatory Environmental Law and Policy Clinic. She also worked as an intern for a nonprofit organization in Portland that specialized in energy law. In 2017, Katelyn interned at the United States Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division in Washington, D.C.
