We do this through meaningful work assignments, a one-on-one mentorship program, regular review of work (including editorial review by a full-time legal editor), and in-house and outside continuing legal education programs.

SUMMER PROGRAM - We provide our summer clerks with work experiences like those of a first-year associate. Our clerks often take part in negotiations, closings, depositions, and trials. To help summer clerks get to know the Pacific Northwest and our lawyers personally, we sponsor a wide variety of activities such as rafting, cooking classes, softball, golfing, wine tours , and sporting events.
