Professional Staff Benefits

Eligibility. Professional Staff are eligible to participate in the MNGD Benefits Program if they are scheduled to work at least 22.5 hours per week. Professional Staff who work less than 37.5 hours per week will have some benefits pro-rated according to their percentage of time worked. All Professional Staff are covered under the Business Travel Accident Insurance Policy and the Employee Assistance Plan regardless of the number of hours worked. Benefit coverage generally begins on the first day of the month coinciding with or following the date of hire.
