Associate Compensation and Benefits

Salary, Bonuses, and Hours:

  • Starting salaries

    • Portland/Vancouver: $120,000

    • Seattle: $130,000

  • No minimum billable hours requirement for discretionary bonus consideration

  • 1,800 billable hours guarantees bonus of at least $10,000, plus discretionary bonus consideration

  • 150 hours of pro bono/diversity initiative work may be counted towards billable hours goal

  • 50 training hours credit for associates in their first year of practice

Partnership Consideration:

  • Consideration for non-equity partnership after 7 years, and/or consideration for equity partnership between 8-9 years.  It is not necessary to pass through non-equity status before being considered for equity status.
