Law Students

Summer clerks are given a unique opportunity to work on real-life matters and experience what Miller Nash has to offer. We structure our summer program to support and develop students through a hands-on approach. A summer work-flow coordinator monitors the summer clerk work and the evaluation process. Each summer clerk is assigned an associate mentor, someone with whom to discuss ideas and who will assist with the transition from law school to law firm. We provide students with opportunities, such as attending trials, depositions and hearings, and assisting with corporate transactions. Our summer program also gives students the opportunity to get to know us as people. In addition to the interesting work and one-on-one guidance, the firm features a socially active summer program, which allows students to really get to know the attorneys with whom they work.

We seek law students and attorneys who are academically high achievers, love the practice of law, and are committed to community service.
